I can't find a form in the "Forms" menu in Laser App!
The form you are looking for may not be installed. You must first download the form from the Laser App Forms Library on the Internet. To do this you must select the "Install & Update Forms" button on the main menu.
I checked on the Internet, and you don't have the form available to install. What now?
If we do not have a form that you would like to use in Laser App, please contact your wholesaler at the company in question. They are usually willing to help their company put forms into Laser App. If your wholesaler would like to speak with a Laser App representative, please CLICK HERE to fill out this form.
There's an outdated form. How can I get the newest one?
First, please make sure you have updated your forms in Laser App. If you have updated your forms and you still have an outdated version, please let us know! Please CLICK HERE to report a form that is out of date or a form that needs a correction.
I'm a very computer savvy individual. Can I add my own forms to Laser App?
If we do not have a form you would like to have Laser App fill, but have a fillable PDF of the form; you can have Laser App fill the form for you. Go into the Utilities menu in Laser App, select "PDF Forms", and then click the "Help" button.
