The system is flexible enough so the broker-dealer can complete the paperwork, the rep can complete the paperwork, or a combination of both. The broker-dealer has the freedom to create an unlimited number of 30-day rep transition licenses over the course of a year, so whether you transition 15 reps or 1500 reps, there is no extra charge. The system usually pays for itself within the first transitioned rep.
